The Network Innovation Lab at SDA Bocconi (Milan) studies how intra- and inter-organizational networks drive innovation, translating research into methods leaders can use to build more connected, high-performing organizations. Backed by founding partner STMicroelectronics, NI Lab collaborates internationally - including a formal cooperation agreement with the LINKS Center at the University of Kentucky and with UCL’s School of Management—to run joint research, exchanges, and events on organizational networks and innovation. Key faculty include co-directors Giuseppe Soda and Marco Tortoriello, with contributions from scholars such as Ronald Burt.
